Many low-income kids do not receive the proper education on how to take care of their teeth. Teeth should last a lifetime, but due to improper diet and hygiene, elementary children experience painful and costly tooth decay which affects their health and ability to concentrate during school. A gift of $6 provides each child with oral health education and a health kit to care for their teeth on a daily basis. The kit includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.
