Families in rural Bolivia can barely afford to eat, much less the costly expense of a medical surgery. Up to ten volunteer surgical teams travel to Bolivia a year and provide life-changing surgeries ranging from a variety of specialties. A gift of $5,000 covers an entire surgical mission, providing free surgeries for up to 50 patients, and covers each patients’ hospital stay, supplies and medication.
