Leila Barraza is an Assistant Professor at Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, University of Arizona. She also serves as a Consultant with the Network for Public Health Law – Western Region Office. Her Research interests include studying the impact of laws and regulations on population health. Previously, Barraza serves as Deputy Director of the Network for Public Health Law – Western Region Office, and a Fellow and Adjunct Professor in the Public Health Law and Policy program at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University.
Leila received her Master’s in Public Health from the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona in 2004. In 2008, she received her J.D. with a certificate in Law Science and Technology from Sandra Day O’Connor College of law.
