|Position:||Gift In-Kind Coordinator|
Ramón serves as Esperança’s Gift In-Kind Coordinator. Ramón received his bachelors in Urban Planning with a minor in Nonprofit Management from ASU. In March of 2016, Ramón was struck by a car while crossing the street, leaving him with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) – a condition that severely impacts physical and cognitive abilities and which forced him to quit the new supervisory role at a Maricopa County hospital where he had just started working. Fortunately for Esperança, Ramón began volunteering almost a year ago to rebuild his workplace functions, and upon graduating from the Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation program, accepted the position of Gift In-Kind Coordinator.
